Vada began her Property Management career as the property manager for One Financial Centre, a 125,000 SF Class A office building, in Little Rock, Arkansas in 1989.  She managed this property until she joined The Hathaway Group in 2006.  She joined our firm as property manager and has just been promoted to Director of Property Management.  She has over 18 years of property management experience.  Her distinct management style provides a level of leadership and professionalism which garners respect from both clients and tenants.  Vada is the current Vice President of BOMA Greater Little Rock for 2008-2009.  She is currently a BOMA Real Property Administrator candidate and plans to complete her designation this year.  She attended the Univeristy of Arkansas in Fayetteville where she majored in Marketing & Business Administration.  Vada has three children.

Property Management - I am the Director of our property management department and we have a portfolio consisting of over one million square feet that includes Class A, Class B, industrial, and high density retail. Included are several presigious properties such as Autumn Road Plaza, Arkansas Realtors Buiding, LOPFI Building, Arkansas Urology, 7 Office Park, GSA Properties and the Proctor & Gamble Building in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
