Susan Parke began her commercial real estate career by way of property management.  After receiving her MBA, she managed the state's largest office building (600,000 SF) which represents a $70,000,000 asset.  The building is home to several high profile tenants and in addition to management, Susan also worked in a brokerage capacity by negotiating new lease and renewal transactions.  Her sales background led her into a full time brokerage position in 2006 when she joined The Hathaway Group.  Susan primarily focuses on tenant representation with an emphasis in office and retail.  She has worked with a variety of organizations in a volunteer capacity including American Cancer Society, Junior Achievement of Arkansas, Cystic Fibrosis and Arkansas Museum of Discovery.  Susan and her husband John live in Little Rock.

Office - Currently representing Spherion in 15,000 SF sublease offering of a full floor in CBD’s largest Class A office tower. Listing Agent for Aldersgate Station, a brand new 23,000 SF suburban office building. Represented Coach Transport in acquisition of downtown office building. Formerly served as building manager for 40-story Metropolitan Tower. Represented a bank in relocating its data center, and another bank in a building acquisition for mortgage division. Represented Raindrop Foundation in new office location.

Retail - Represented Joel's House of Dance in relocation and expansion of studio. Represented Landlord in 10 year lease to Cycle Gear, a new retailer in the state. Represented Touche Salon and Spa and Results Fitness in new retail locations.

General Commercial Real Estate - Utilitzing my unique experience as building manager for the tallest building in Arkansas, I've focused my brokerage career on reprenting tenants, buyers, and owners in transactions involving professional office space. My understanding of facility details and operational issues has allowed me to bring value to my office clients.
