John Hathaway rejoined The Hathaway Group in early 2000, after seven years of pursuing other business interests, including owning and operating his own outdoor photography business and selling for a regional manufacturer of roofing products. Originally, John served the company as Director of Leasing from Sept. of 1986 through March of 1993, completing over one hundred and fifty lease transactions in his first seven years with the company. Prior to entering the brokerage side of the business, he was Assistant to the President for the regional office of a national multi-family developer, so he now has over 18 years of commercial real estate experience. His current focus is on tenant representation ,brokerage of investment property, and land acquisition for development. John graduated cum laude from Southern Methodist University in 1984 with a B.B.A. in Real Estate and Finance and a B.A. in Economics.
