Jim Hathaway, founder and Senior Vice President, has been a force in Arkansas commercial real estate for over 41 years. Jim has been personally responsible for the sale or leasing of properties valued in excess of $600,000,000. His brokerage practice emphasizes large land transactions and investment properties. With a dual, active real estate counseling practice, he is one of only six Arkansans holding the CRE designation. He is a Past President of the Little Rock Realtors Association and was a founder and the first President of Arkansas Realtors Political Action Committee. His civic involvement has included leadership positions at The United Way of Pulaski County, The Little Rock Alliance of Our Public Schools, Fifty for the Future, and the Arkansas Realtors Association. Jim graduated Cum Laude from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Arts degree.

General Commercial Real Estate - Over the past 41 years, Hathaway has handled sales and/or leasing of every type of commercial property with emphasis on (1) income producing property for individual and institutional investors; and (2)land suitable for commercial developement.

Land - In recent years, Hathaway's practice has emphasized the identification and brokerage of large parcels of land in the path of development which can be developed and resold in smaller lots.

Investment - I have several key clients with an ongoing appetite for income producing properties. Some will consider good opportunities in markets other than central Arkansas.
