Pat Eberlin was born and raised in North Idaho contributing to his market knowledge and business relationships.  He pursued his schooling and baseball career in San Diego, California while attending Point Loma Nazarene University and graduating with his Business Administration Degree.  Post college, Pat immediately started his career in Real Estate working at Grubb & Ellis|BRE Commercial in San Diego.  Pat later transferred back to North Idaho bringing a strong sales and leasing background from Southern California.  He is teamed up with Paul Scott and share nearly 40 years of combined real estate experience.
