Ed Penick, Jr.,CCIM, has 23 years experience in banking followed by 10 years in the environmental industry. As President and Vice Chairman of one of the state's largest banks, Ed's areas of responsibility included loans, investments, acquisitions, branch systems, legislative affairs, and strategic development. He departed the bank in 1991 to found a company filling a niche in the rapidly growing environmental field. He was responsible for the technical oversight and consulting for real estate transfers which total over 700 Phase I and Phase II site investigation in Arkansas and six surrounding states. Ed has held certifications as an asbestos inspector, management planner, abatement supervisor, lead inspector, Registered Environmental Manager and Registered Environmental Property Assessor. As a life long resident of Little Rock, Ed has been active in the community as past Chairman of the Greater Little Rock Chamber of Commerce, Arkansas Heart Association, Goodwill Industries, Junior Achievement, the Arkansas Orchestra Society and others. Ed is a graduate of the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Finance and graduate studies in financial management at Stanford University.
