Mr. Dunbar is chairman of The Griffin Companies, and director and stockholder of the operating entities and partnerships. Following several years with Control Data Corporation, where he held various administrative and management positions, he was named Executive Vice President of the U.S. Jaycees in 1970, with responsibility for planning, budgeting and administration of the national organization. In 1972, he joined Ed Phillips & Sons Company in Minneapolis. In 1975 he was elected President of Westland Capital Corporation, a Minneapolis venture capital firm. He joined Griffin Companies in 1977. Bob is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) as designated by the National Association of Realtors. He serves on the Board of Directors of Slumberland, Inc., Thrivent Bank, and Presbyterian Homes and Services.
