Bill builds, develops and manages the level of service that Griffin Companies provides to our clients. Bill was a Sales and Leasing Associate with Griffin Companies before being named Sales Manager in 1999 and President in 2000. Since 1981, Bill has successfully assisted businesses in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of a mix of properties which include office and industrial space. Prior to joining Griffin Companies, Bill’s experience included a five year active involvement in the Chicago real estate market. While there, he sold and leased both office and industrial space. Bill has earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation awarded by the Commercial Real Estate Council of the National Association of Realtors. He is presently an active member of the Minnesota Board of Realtors. A graduate of Bethel University, St. Paul, with a B.A. in speech communications, Bill has also completed an M.B.A. at the University of St. Thomas.
