Mr. Hickman graduated from Auburn University with a B.S. in Finance and worked as an environmental analyst for commercial loans at Regions Financial Corporation. In 2005, he began his career in commercial real estate as a leasing agent and property manager for approximately 390,000 SF of office/warehouse and bulk distribution warehouse space. He has completed over 70 transactions and is actively pursuing the CCIM designation.
