Jeff Hathaway, President, joined the firm in 1983. He is one of a select few Arkansans to hold both the CCIM and SIOR designations, and his emphasis is on office and investment transactions. He is a Past President of the Little Rock Realtors® Association, the Arkansas Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute, and the Arkansas Chapter of the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors®, and he was the 1996 Little Rock Realtor® of the Year. He is a former Chairman of the Little Rock Board of Zoning Adjustment, a graduate of the Greater Little Rock Leadership Institute, and a member of Fifty for the Future. Jeff graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Jeff’s recent community involvement includes serving on the boards of Junior Achievement of Arkansas, Arkansans for Drug Free Youth, Holy Souls School, and the Monsignor Allen Trust and Development Fund. He currently serves on the Diocesan Finance Council and the Diocesan Board of Education for the Diocese of Little Rock. Jeff and his wife Laura have three children.

Office - Regularly executing tenant rep assignments for corporate office users, often in collaboration with other national service providers having national accounts (CBRE, JLL, C&W). In 2008, handling 30,000 SF sublease for Nuvell and 15,000 SF sublease for Spherion. In 2007, handled 30,000 SF lease for Windstream Communications. In 2006, represented hospital in $7.5M 60,000 SF office building acquistion.

Land - Completed transactions include: Disposition of approximately 100 acres in NorthShore Business Park since 2001; acquisition of 3 different elementary school sites for two different school districts; $1.5M office site sale; rural land transactions; restaurant and hotel site acquisitions; 21 acre sale to Home Depot; 12 acre sale to Academy Sports; 50 acre sale for Wal-Mart site; Walgreen's site acquisitions; and several large site assemblages for shopping center developers.

Sales - Actively involved in sales of commercial property since 1983. Exclusive representation of sellers and buyers. Investment sales include multi-family complexes, retail centers, and office buildings. Office sales include site acquisitions as well as sales of vacant buildings to users. Retail sales include multi-site acquisition assignments, shopping centers, restaurants, and sites for hotels, restaurants, and bank branches. Most recent large sale was $7.5M office building. Also handled disposition of two home improvement stores for $10.5M.
