Shauna has been active in the Denver commercial real estate market for over 22 years specializing in retail, office and industrial leasing and property management. Starting in the business in 1979 as a broker assistant in Grand Junction, and after graduating from Mesa State College, she obtained her real estate license in 1981 and assumed the leasing and management of a portfolio of retail centers and office buildings prior to relocating to Denver in 1982. For the period of 1985 to 2000 she assumed responsibilities for a California developer overseeing the construction, marketing and leasing of a new class A 190,000 square foot office, retail and industrial project located in north Denver. Over the course of this tenure she maintained a high tenant retention and negotiated all lease renewals. From 2005 to 2007 she was a real estate specialist for PostNet International Franchise Corporation in Denver locating sites, negotiating leases and lease renewals for new and existing franchises. Most recently she was retail specialist with Antonoff & Company responsible for a portfolio of listings on 35 retail centers and office buildings working with many national and regional tenants in medical/dental, technical and fast food/restaurants. Shauna has been a member of the Denver and Aurora Chamber of Commerce and well as Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR).
