Frank attended the University of Missouri in St. Louis majoring in Accounting. He held the position of controller for a development company located in the Mid West.  The firm was a major developer and manager of over twenty community shopping centers and a power center containing Sax Fifth Avenue and Nieman Marcus as it's anchor tenants. The firm also developed and managed apartment complexes with approximately two thousand units.  During this period Frank also held a real estate brokers license from the state of Missouri.  Frank has been involved in commercial real estate in Nevada since 2005, in February 2008 Coldwell Banker Commercial Distinct Realty proudly welcomed Mr. Frank  Mengwasser to the Coldwell Banker Commercial Distinct Realty family.
