Jennifer Audi - has been licensed in South Carolina since 2006 and recently joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic in December 2007. She has lived in Charleston for eleven years and has been involved in the development industry for over seven years. Prior to joining CBC, Jennifer worked for a local developer on a high profile resort project and then went on to do Business Development for S&ME, the southeast largest geotechnical engineering firm. Her territory included eight coastal counties from Georgetown down to Savannah and extended West to Columbia. This position afforded her the opportunity to make deep rooted relationships in the development arena all across the state as well as in Charlotte. Her strong ties to South Carolina’s economic development circles allow her to be aware of current and future growth and development in her region and state. Most recently, Jennifer had been working as a Land Development Consultant. She was responsible for many aspects of pre-development including management of due diligence, zoning entitlement, selection of project teams and budget development. Jennifer is involved in many professional and community associations including, ICSC, ULI, East Cooper Planning Council, Charleston Chamber of Commerce and The Rotary Club of Charleston. In the past, Jennifer was active in SCEDA, The Charitable Society of Charleston and Young Life. Jennifer went to Lenoir-Rhyne College in North Carolina and graduated with a BA in Economics. Land - With a large contact base of mostly development driven relationships. I focus on the needs of my relationships to drive my focus specialty which has mostly been land. I also have a strong base of knowledge and relationships in the entitlement and due dilligence process for the counties in my region and can help to support my clients through these processes. Retail - Sixty percent of the brokerage in our office is retail or retail driven development. With such a large percentage of business in retail I am able to tap a rich source of knowledge for my clients. Development - I have been working as a Land Development Consultant over the last year and a half.
