Bill Wiley joined CBC Atlantic in Charleston, SC in December of 2007 after 3 years in the Residential Sales & Development Industry with local companies, Sandlapper Real Estate Group and Dunes Properties of Charleston.

Since joining CBC Atlantic, Bill has been able to capitalize on the many contacts and relationships he has developed over past 30 years while working in Corporate America.  His experiences have allowed him  to hold many differant positions with growing areas of responsibilty and disciplines. He has held positions of Owner / Operator, VP Acquisitions & Divestiture, Site Selection, Director of Operations, Land Acquisitions & Development Coordinator, Regional & District Operations Manager etc...

Those experiences have given Bill multiple insights from many differing perspectives, while employed by both Regional as well as National firms. Some of those companies included Walmart / Sams Clubs, Revco / CVS Drugs Inc, Alarm Technologies LLC, Dollar General Stores, Family Dollar, Rite Aid  Drugs, Bilo Supermarkets and Piggly Wiggly Inc, as well as The Pantry / Kanagaroo Convenience Stores etc...

Those operational responsibilities have given him an added advantage  because of his understanding of the Operational as well as Marketing needs of those businesses, and his attention to  the fine details.

Bill is currently an active member of  CID, CTAR, NAR, Metro Chamber of Commerce, Developers Council, Exchange Club,  Sustainability Council, & Bethany United Methodists Mens Group.

General Commercial Real Estate - Currently involved in Sales/Leasing of Retail, Office, Industrial properties.

Land - Currently developing a 53 unit SF sub-division, a 176 unit apt complex, and a 17.6 acre dated shopping center slated for demolition & rebuild as JV partnerships.
