Tom has over 25 years experience in commercial real estate, most notably in corporate relocation, investment analysis and land acquisition. Tom was a top producer for many years with BT Commercial in the San Francisco bay area, and later founded Catalyst Real Estate with a focus on the biotech industry. He moved to the Rogue Valley in 2005 and is a licensed principal broker in both California and Oregon. Tom has strong acumen in negotiations with a wide breadth of knowledge and expertise in the pacific northwest market. He is known for his abilities in coordinating and conducting negotiations, due diligence studies, market analysis, and navigating the escrow process for real estate acquisitions and leasing. Tom provides the highest level of service to clients, and has thus built loyal client relationships and has consistently been a top producer.
