I currently work as a broker assistant for Coldwell Banker Commercial – Las Colinas, where I have increased my understanding and proficiency in commercial transactions. I assist the brokers in our office, managing all transactions throughout the due diligence process, therefore, gaining knowledge in the many different types of commercial uses such as Office, MUH, Retail, Industrial, Land, and Mixed Use.
I work in tandem with Chrissy Gudelj, another broker assistant at CBC-Las Colinas. Together we develop and implement marketing tools and brochures for the brokers to utilize, as well as updating property information in all databases that we use to promote our listings. We both are responsible for the maintenance of our website and other administrative tasks.
