A veteran of over 30 years in Denver's vibrant commercial real estate industry, Mr. Miller brings an efficient, highly qualified, and experienced work ethic to the firm. With strong leasing, sales and closing skills, he understands the vital dynamics of teamwork and enjoys working with others in a determined effort to accomplish results for his clients. Mr. Miller's experience ranges over twenty-six years invested with the largest private, full service commercial real estate company in Colorado, Frederick Ross Company and four years with Cushman Realty Corporation. He has been chosen as the listing agent on numerous high-rise buildings in the Central Business District and the southeast suburban markets. He successfully balances his time between listings, tenant representations and sale assignments. Mr. Miller has been involved with marketing, leasing, tenant rep and sales for the following corporate and private clients: Aetna Life, Arco Coal, BH Properties, Chemical Bank, The Chotin Group, CitiCorp, Hartford Insurance, Heritage Bank, JHE Realty, LLC, Miller, Klutznick, Davis and Gray, Prudential Insurance, Solera National Bank, Venture West Investments, LLC. Mr. Miller received his formal education at the University of Colorado and the University of Denver with a BSBA from the Business School with a focus on Real Estate. He is a member of the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR) and he has qualified for the Million Dollar Roundtable every year since 1977. He was also in the Frederick Ross Top 10 Producers Award six times.
