Prior to joining Reehl Properties in 2007, Louise McCown worked as an Investment Banker within the CMBS industry. Louise has worked on transactions for such well-respected lenders as Credit Suisse, UBS, JP Morgan, and Wachovia. While in London and New York, Louise was the lead analyst on several global CMBS transactions that consisted of assets from markets in North America, the UK and continental Europe.

As a native of South Alabama, Louise is well aware of the robust growth already underway, as well as the existing opportunities of our Coastal Corridor.

Louise is a CCIM Candidate and also plans to sit for LEED AP Certification in May 2008. Louise currently serves the US Green Building Council (USGBC) as the local chapter liason for LEED AP Workshops, thereby taking an active interest in smart growth planning for communities and sustainable living practices.
