Mr. Chase is a Denver native that brings 25 years of commercial appraisal and consulting experience with the Denver-based firm of Chase and Company to the land team. Over the course of his career, Mr. Chase has specialized in the evaluation of vacant investment, development, and recreational lands (and associated water rights) located throughout the State of Colorado, with specific emphasis on properties located within the Front Range communities extending from Fort Collins to Colorado Springs. Mr. Chase has also been actively involved with real estate appraisal and consulting in various mountain locations including: Aspen, Vail, Avon, Breckenridge, Silverthorne, Durango, and Telluride. Mr. Chase also has considerable experience in assessing various improved property types, examples of which include office, retail, industrial, and special-purpose buildings. Mr. Chase is an active member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI designation) and holds the Certified General Appraisal License in the State of Colorado. Mr. Chase is also a recognized valuation expert in the specialized fields of eminent domain and condemnation, and will continue to operate Chase and Company as a litigation support appraisal firm while providing strategic brokerage services to the R.E.S.I. land team.
