Brian is a Colorado native, University of Denver graduate, and a 3rd generation REALTOR. Growing up in Grand Junction, Colorado Brian was introduced to the Real Estate market early on. His father Dale Beede has become very successful in his position as Commercial Division Manager for Coldwell Banker Commercial Prime Properties, Inc., Grand Junction. Growing up wtaching his grandfathers, father and uncles all work in the field, real estate is now in his blood. Having dreams of being a commercial REALTOR himself, Brian moved to Denver to be a student at the Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management at the University of Denver where he majored in Real Estate and International Business. Brian participated in the Global Real Estate Delegation at the Burns School and traveled to several Central American Countries to exchange ideas with commercial real estate firms abroad. With his degree, Brian was quickly picked up by a leading Real Estate Investment Trust located in Littleton, Colorado to work with the acquisitions team and acquire commercial properties across the Western U.S. After two years with the REIT, Brian moved into a career in residential brokerage to gain valuable experience in brokering. It was not long after that Brian decided to blend his experience in commercial real estate and brokerage and join the Investments team with Coldwell Banker Commercial R.E.S.I.
