Kevin Sullivan was the owner/operator of Melnick's Shoe and Athletic Centers in Laconia, Plymouth and at one time, Meredith, for 28 years. Kevin sold the company in 2007. Although a newly licensed agent, Kevin has been involved in commercial real estate for over 20 years, and currently has an ownership interest in five commercial/investment properties with 20 different tenants.

Mr. Sullivan is a member of the New Hampshire Commercial-Industrial Board of REALTORS and a member of the Lakes Region Board of REALTORS.
He is the founding member of the Laconia Main Street Program and an incorporator of the Taylor Home Communities and Lakes Region General Hospital.

Additionally Kevin is a former board member of First NH Banks and past President and board member of the Laconia Country Club and Wavemaker Swim Team.
