ALLISON ELKAN is a Commercial Property Specialist and has been with Coldwell Banker Commercial since 2006. She specializes in market analysis for retail, industrial, office and multi-residential properties. Her work experience and educational background in economics has afforded her the ability to create a specific market analysis of Nevada County’s vacancy factors in the industrial and multi-residential commercial real estate sectors. Currently Ms. Elkan is working on becoming a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), an internationally recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. In addition, she is enrolled in the Master’s of Business Administration Program at Sacramento State University. She also expects to complete her California Broker’s License in 2008. Prior to entering her career in Commercial Real Estate, Ms. Elkan spent a number of years in Marketing and Advertising for Coldwell Banker Grass Roots Realty (the Residential Division).
