Mr. Lawson is a licensed business broker in the state of Minnesota and has over 30 years senior management experience in small and midsized businesses and has been a successful entrepreneur as well. He has served in both CEO and CFO capacities for both foreign and domestic held corporations and was intimately involved in merger acquisitions activities, in addition to his other senior level responsibilities. As a consultant, he has served as an independent turnaround management professional, performing both financial and operational turnarounds, for small privately held companies for nearly 10 years. His consulting experience has ranged from small wholesale distribution and manufacturing/fabrication concerns to publicly held middle market and Fortune 100 corporations. Mr. Lawson holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management with Undergraduate degrees in marketing, finance and accounting from the University of Missouri.
