With more than 20 years of corporate real estate experience, Michele brings a broad spectrum of skills and talents to Coldwell Banker Commercial Fishman & Company. She has successfully fulfilled various roles in corporate real estate for Yellow Freight and Payless Cashways. Michele’s last four years of corporate service focused on the area of excess property dispositions for Payless Cashways, during which she managed the disposition of over 60 properties totaling over $113 million in value. Prior to the Payless Cashways bankruptcy, Michele partnered with Surplus Real Estate as Payless’ outsource provider and continued to liquidate all the Payless real estate assets (in excess of 100 properties) after its bankruptcy filing. Michele’s career with Coldwell Banker Commercial Fishman & Company has focused on brokerage, as well as development and investment properties. Michele has been very active in corporate real estate professional organizations and achieved the designation of MCR (Master of Corporate Real Estate) from CoreNet Global (Corporate Real Estate Network). She has also achieved the designation of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) from the CCIM Institute. She is an active member of KC CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) and is licensed to sell real estate in both Kansas and Missouri.
