Jill S. Bergthold started her Commercial Real Estate career in 1990. Jill leased properties while working her way through college. Jill received her Bachelor of Arts in 1991 and her Bachelors of Architecture in 1992 from Drury University. Jill graduated from the University of Kansas in 1996 with a Masters in Architectural Management.
Some of the projects she has been involved in the architectural design profession include the Kansas City Zoo, Kansas City Civic Mall, Kansas City Federal Courthouse, AMC Theatres, schools, senior living facilities and town homes. Past years of experience gives Jill insight and vision for her clients when looking at property, office buildings, and tenant finish, etc.
Jill is a member of ICSC and actively pursuing her CCIM Candidacy. Jill is currently providing leasing, sales and development expertise to Coldwell Banker Commercial Fishman & Company.
As an Investor/Developer, involved with investment growths, Jill brings experience and valuable knowledge to buyers, sellers, and investors in new construction.
Jill is detail oriented and goal driven. She is known, by her clients and other agents, for her timely communication with all parties in a transaction, her tenacity in selling properties she has listed, and her sale/leasing negotiation skills.
