Richard Tritschler began his career in Real Estate after serving 20 years in the US Military. Finance and Acquisition skills achieved during that time proved to be a valuable asset as he transitioned into Residential Real Estate. Having first joined Century 21, Richard ran a non affiliated Real Estate company for 2 years before being recruited to join Team Keyserling with Coldwell Banker Commercial Platinum Partners in July of 2006. While Real Estates sales is a major part of his day to day responsibilities, his skills in research, planning and local development laws have made him the go-to-guy on Team Keyserling for both Buyers and Sellers in the initial stages of many transactions. Additionally, Richard’s contacts throughout the Beaufort, SC community place him in the know of many decisions in the local market. Richard served as Vice Chairman of the Beaufort County School Board and on the Boards Facilities Committee whose charge was to plan for future facility needs and land acquisitions. Richard currently serves in his second term as President of the Lady’s Island Business and Professional Association whose mission is to allow the 12,000 residents and business owners of Lady's Island to have a voice in the direction of growth on their island and to protect its natural beauty as it relates to annexation, zoning, roadway design and construction and planning for future roads, parks and schools.
