Native to the Reno area, Mr. Clay is the Broker/Manager who specializes in office/Industrial sales and leasing. Mr. Clay is also very involved in land sales with developers and private individuals. He is a member of the Realtor Land Institute, Association of General Contractors, Certified Commercial Investment Manager, Certified International Property Specialist, and is the Vice President of the Americas for the Federation Internationale de Profesion de Immobilares (FIABCI) which is based in Paris, France. Mr. Clay is the current President of the USA chapter of FIABCI. Mr. Clay is the only Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) in the Reno area. He is trained to help foreign nationals to purchase real property here in the United States. Mr. Clay earned his BA from the University of Colorado, Boulder in economics/political science, and an MBA from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in Melbourne, Australia.
