Jeff Yurfest Specializing in retail leasing with a focus on restaurants, Jeff represents both landlords and tenants in lease negotiation and site selection. Based on three years abroad, working in international development, he is involved in the Charleston Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the South Carolina World Trade Center. This provides Jeff the opportunity to give back to the International Community. Jeff effectively represents ethnic and minority business owners and is fluent in Spanish.
