In 1973, Dave Knapper began his real estate career with Rancho Consultants Company where, for nine years, he was the sales manager. He oversaw general acreage sales of over 1,500 acres, including the formation of twenty-four partnerships in Temecula, California. In 1982, Dave joined Coldwell Banker Commercial to handle industrial and investment sales in the then exploding Inland Empire. During the five years he participated as a broker, he handled sales and leasing of over 900,000 square feet of industrial properties and over $20,000,000 in apartment sales. From 1987 until he joined Lee & Associates, Mr. Knapper successfully managed three commercial brokerage firms including: C.W. Clark, Inc., Grubb and Ellis, and Bishop Hawk.
