Trey Zimmerman brings experience from his years of service in the public sector. He is a US Air Force veteran and graduate of the College of Charleston where he received his B.A. in Corporate Communications. Trey continued in the public sector working for the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources conducting marketing and public relations. Trey began his real estate career at/CBCAI and has specialization in the brokerage of Multifamily and Industrial properties. He recently closed on a transaction totaling 48 million dollars. He is an active member in The Charleston Trident Association of Realtors, The National Association of Realtors and The Coastal Conservation Association.
