A 1997 graduate of the University of South Carolina with a degree in Business Administration, Stephen began his professional career as a commercial insurance agent with Lee & Associates in Sumter. Following this, he joined his father with the residential development corporation and operating a local small business. This experience and the relationships he developed during this time led him to Cornerstone. Stephen joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Cornerstone in August of 2000 and became a partner in March of 2005.
